Hammer and Tongue London Slam Final –

Blazed through getting increasingly drunker to a packedout Green Note Cafe. People sat on the floor, on the stage, in the toilets, everywhere.

Came in third overall, got through to third round, but this means I’m still through for the nationals. Sweeeet.

Pete the Temp comes highly recommended as an ace poet and allround nice bloke.

Hammer & Tongue

April 14, 2010

After controversially coming fourth behind a man playing a ukelele in the slam in March, THE MIGHTY JAH-J! tore up the Green Note Cafe in Camden on Monday night, blazing to first position with a reworking of You Are What You Eat.

He has qualified for the Hammer and Tongue Slam Final being held there on the first Monday in May, which is the 3rd. Come down and represent for blistering superpoetry!
